Design standards for hydrologic design shall comply with these regulations and with the applicable provisions of either the IDOT drainage and design manuals or the Illinois Urban Manual, latest edition. Where this chapter imposes greater restrictions than those imposed by the IDOT drainage and design manuals, the Illinois Urban Manual, or those required by other provisions of law or ordinance, the provisions of this chapter shall prevail.
