§ 152.159 CONTINUED COMPLIANCE.

Upon completion of permitted construction activity on any site, the property owner and subsequent property owners will be responsible for continued compliance with the requirements of this chapter in the course of maintenance, reconstruction, or any other construction activity on the site.
