§ 152.125 SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS.

(A) The requirements for obtaining a grading and drainage permit are waived for subdivisions under construction on the passage date of this chapter, provided the preliminary plat of said subdivision was approved in writing prior to the passage date of this chapter.

(B) All other requirements of this chapter shall be in effect.
