(A) Major amendments to stormwater drainage and detention or grading and drainage plans shall be submitted to the Zoning and Building Director, or his or her designee, and shall be processed and approved or disapproved in the same manner as the original plans.
(B) Field modification of a minor nature may be authorized and documented by the Zoning and Building Director, or his or her designee.
