§ 31.22 CONTEST BY MAIL.
   (A)   Any respondent may elect to contest an alleged violation through the mail rather than at an administrative hearing.
   (B)   The respondent may write and sign a letter setting forth any evidence the respondent may have to contest the alleged violation. The respondent shall be informed of the findings, decision, and order of the hearing officer by personal service or by any method provided for under 55 ILCS 5/5-41020.
