§ 152.044 MAINTENANCE OF EQUIPMENT.
   (A)   Any leak or spill related to equipment maintenance in an outdoor, uncovered area shall be contained to prevent the potential release of pollutants.
   (B)   Vehicles, machinery, and equipment must be maintained to reduce leaking fluids.
