§ 31.01 ELECTRONIC ATTENDANCE OF MEETINGS.
   The Board of Trustees, upon adopting the “Electronic Attendance of Meetings Policy,” attached o the resolution passed November 27, 2018, which permits Board members to attend and participate in any meeting of the Board via electronic means is incorporated by reference herein.
