§ 30.52 PROCEDURES, RECORDS, REPORTS.
   (A)   (1)   The County Administrator recommends improved or standardized procedures and provides other central administrative services as may be directed by the Board.
      (2)   The County Administrator shall maintain records to or required by the powers and duties of the position, and examines the records, accounts and operations of the county departments and agencies.
   (B)   The County Administrator prepares reports on the state of the county and its government operations and work accomplished, and makes recommendations as to action or programs the incumbent deems necessary for the efficient operation of the county and the welfare of its residents.
