§ 30.51 ORGANIZATION.
   The County Administrator shall:
   (A)   Recommend to the Board the structures of county departments and functions, including reporting relationships, physical facilities, and location;
   (B)   From time to time, recommend changes to the organization structure;
   (C)   Direct departments to undertake tasks for other departments on a temporary basis if the County Administrator deems it necessary for the proper and efficient administration of the county government to do so;
   (D)   Call meetings of employees to facilitate and coordinate the work of the county;
   (E)   Require and receive reports from county departments concerning the activities of such departments; and
   (F)   Shall organize and supervise the work of the county departments.
