The County Administrator shall be responsible for the care and custody for all county property as established and provided by state statutes. The County Administrator may provide for appropriate protection of the county and its properly from loss, damage, liability, and other risks. The County Administrator shall provide communication services to the County Public Building Commission, and the Sheriff’s Office as it relates to the care and custody of the County Jail, Justice Center, and Courthouse as appropriate or directed by the County Board.
