§ 30.49 COMMUNICATION.
   The County Administrator shall maintain and supervise systems of communication and information technology, including, but not limited to, information technology and data processing, telephone, micrographics, copier services and printing services, and mail services. The County Administrator shall assist the County Board and its committees and subcommittees, in coordination with the various county departments, offices, and agencies, in the development and implementation of policies and guidelines to provide for systems of communication and information technology to allow computerized electronic access by county employees, members of the public, and other interested persons or entities to records and information that is lawfully available to the public and which is kept in the various departments, offices, and agencies of the county government.
