§ 117.16 RENEWAL OF LICENSE.
   (A)   Whenever the inspection for renewal of a license reveals serious or repeated violations of this chapter, the license shall not be issued and the Health Authority shall notify the applicant immediately thereof.
   (B)   Such notice shall state the reasons for not renewing the license. Such notice shall also state that an opportunity for a hearing shall be provided for the applicant at a time and place designated by the Health Authority. Such hearing shall be scheduled not later than ten days from the date of the notice.
   (C)   A license which expired shall be removed from the establishment by the Health Authority.
