This chapter shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with provisions set forth in the unabridged form of the current State Food Service Sanitation Rules and Regulations and the State Retail Food Store Sanitation Rules and Regulations, and any subsequent amendments or revisions thereto, three copies each which shall be on file in the office of the County Clerk, which publications are incorporated herein and adopted by reference as part of this chapter.
