§ 116.01 BICYCLE DEALER’S LICENSE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to deal in sales of three or more bicycles within any calendar year without a bicycle dealer’s license.
   (B)   BICYCLE for the purpose of this chapter is any bicycle 20 inches or more in size.
