The County Administrator, in coordination with the Governmental Affairs Committee, or its designated subcommittee, shall:
(A) Draft, recommend, and support legislation pertinent to the county’s interests and objectives. The County Administrator may represent the county at state legislative hearings when deemed necessary by the County Board;
(B) The County Administrator shall keep the County Board informed concerning proposed or accomplished actions of other governmental units and recommend inter-governmental agreements when applicable; and
(C) The County Administrator, in coordination with the Chairperson of the County Board, is authorized and directed to act as a liaison with other governmental units when deemed necessary by the Chairperson of the County Board.
