§ 113.56 COMPLAINTS.
   The Sheriff of the county shall be responsible for enforcing the provisions hereof, and if, as the result of complaints made by citizens, or as the result of complaints made by the Sheriff’s Department or other law enforcement agencies, it appears as if any licensee is in violation of any provisions of this chapter, the Sheriff shall prepare a complaint, setting forth the specific nature of the violation, and serve a copy thereof upon the licensee, along with a notice, setting forth the date, time, and place a hearing with respect to the alleged violations will be held before the Sheriff.
