§ 113.55 GROUNDS.
   Any license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter may be revoked or suspended for a period not to exceed 60 days by the Sheriff for any of the following reasons:
   (A)   Violation of any provision of this chapter;
   (B)   Making a false statement as to material fact in an application for a license hereunder;
   (C)   Any act or occurrence or prevent which would cause the licensee to be ineligible for a license issued under the provisions of this chapter;
   (D)   Repeated violations of the criminal laws of the state by patrons of the licensed building or outdoor location, while within or at such building or location, or within 300 feet thereof; and
   (E)   Closing, abandoning, or cessation of the licensed business for more than 60 days.
