§ 113.23 REFUND OF FEES.
If a general license is rendered invalid because the licensed location becomes incorporated, more than six months before the expiration of such license, the licensee shall be refunded 50% of the fee paid for issuance or renewal of the license. A similar refund shall be made if the person licensed is an individual, and the individual dies during the first six months of a licensing year. In the latter case, the refund may be made to the licensee’s spouse, next of kin, or personal representative.
