Any person desiring to present sexually-oriented entertainment shall obtain a license pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. Applications therefor shall be made in writing, under oath, on forms provided by the county. A license shall be valid for the duration provided for in this chapter. Application for renewal of an existing license must be made not less than 30 days prior to the expiration of a licensing period.
