(A) The County Administrator shall report to the County Executive Committee as chaired by the County Board Chairperson.
(B) The County Administrator shall administer and carry out the directives and policies of the Board, and follow all resolutions, ordinances, and regulations of the Board to assure that they are faithfully executed.
(C) (1) The County Administrator shall report to the Board on action taken pursuant to any directive of policy within the time set by the Board.
(2) The County Administrator shall advise the Board on matters of policy and may make recommendations to the Board on any matter before the Board.
