§ 113.01 TITLE, AUTHORITY.

This chapter shall be known as and may be cited as the “County of Rock Island Sexually-Oriented Entertainment Licensing Resolution” or “this chapter,” and is adopted pursuant to the enabling authority set forth in 55 ILCS 5/5-1059.
