§ 112.01 PINBALL MACHINES TO BE LICENSED.
   (A)   Individual pinball machines shall be licensed in the unincorporated areas of the county.
   (B)   The fee of $20 shall be charged per machine.
   (C)   The licensing of pinball machines to be effective May 1, 1977 and shall be renewable on May 1 of each year.
