§ 110.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whenever provisions of this chapter are violated, a separate offense shall be deemed committed during each day the violation occurs or continues.
   (B)   Any person, partnership, club, firm, association, or corporation who is found by the Commission hearing to have violated any provision of this chapter or any of the rules or regulations of the Commissioner shall be penalized as follows:
      (1)   First offense, fined not less than $250 nor more than $500; and
      (2)   Subsequent offenses, fined not less than $350 nor more than $500 and/or the suspension or revocation of his or her liquor license for three to ten days.
   (C)   Any person who violates the age requirements of this chapter shall be fined $100 for the first offense and $200 for each subsequent offense.
   (D)   Any penalty imposed hereunder shall in no way affect the power of the Commissioner to revoke or suspend the license of the licensee or to modify hours of operation.
