§ 110.095 GROUNDS.
   Any license issued by the Commissioner under the authority of this chapter may be revoked or suspended for a period nor to exceed 30 days for any of the following reasons:
   (A)   Violation of any provision of this chapter or the regulations promulgated by the Commissioner;
   (B)   Violation of any provisions of the State Liquor Control Law, being 235 ILCS 5/1-1 et seq., or rules and regulations of the State Liquor Control Commission;
   (C)   Violation of any provisions of the State Criminal Code of 1934 as amended (720 ILCS 5/1-1 et seq.);
   (D)   Making a false statement as to any material fact in the application for a license;
   (E)   Any act, occurrence, or event which would cause the licensee to be ineligible for a new license under the provisions of this chapter;
   (F)   Closure, abandonment, or cessation of the licensed business for a period of more than 30 days; and
   (G)   Failure to pay the application fee for issuance or renewal of a license after dishonor of a check, cashier’s check, or money order used for such purpose, by the bank or other entity or agency upon which it is drawn, in the manner and within the time required by § 110.059(B).
