§ 110.062 REFUSAL TO GRANT LICENSE.
   (A)   The Commissioner may deny any liquor license authorized under this chapter and state law. Such denial shall be in writing specifying the reason therefor.
   (B)   The applicant may request a hearing to dispute the Commissioner’s denial. Such hearing shall be made public and held upon notice to all interested parties and such other persons or entities required to be notified.
   (C)   The decision of the Commissioner shall be rendered in a written order granting or denying the license. A copy of the order shall be mailed to the applicant.
