§ 110.058 LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF LICENSING; DECREASE IN LIMITATION.
   (A)   The total number of liquor licenses in effect at any one time for each respective class shall be limited as follows:
      (1)   The total number of Class A, Class B, and Class E licenses shall not exceed 30 in total, provided that there shall be no limitation in such classes separately;
      (2)   The total number of Class AA licenses shall not exceed five;
      (3)   The total number of Class AAA licenses shall not exceed five;
      (4)   The total number of Class F licenses shall not exceed eight; and
      (5)   Class G licenses shall not be issued in such a manner as to permit the sale of alcoholic liquor in excess of 15 days as per state statute.
   (B)   The limitations on the total number of liquor licenses in effect for any class enumerated in division (A) above and any decrease in the total number of liquor licenses in effect at any time for the classes enumerated in § 110.057 shall not prevent issuance of a liquor license for any class enumerated in § 110.057, so long as the issuance of such licenses does not have the effect of exceeding the limitations set forth in division (A) above for any class enumerated therein.
