(A) In all cases where the applicant is a lessee of the premises sought to be licensed, a copy of the applicant’s lease shall be submitted to the Commissioner with the application for a license.
(B) A separate license shall be required for each individual place of business operated by a licensee. Such license shall not be transferable from one licensee to another, except in conformance with the laws of this state.
