§ 110.034 ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER.
   In the event the Commissioner appoints a Liquor Control Commission of the county, the Commissioner may appoint an Assistant Commissioner who, in the event the Commissioner is absent from the county or incapacitated, shall preside at Commission meetings and act for the Commissioner.
