§ 110.003 DEFINITIONS.

(A) Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, all words and phrases used in this chapter shall have the same meaning and definition as given to such words and phrases in the Liquor Control Act of 1934 (235 ILCS 5/1-1 et seq.).

(B) In addition, for the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates, or requires, a different meaning.

STATE LIQUOR CONTROL ACT. The Liquor Control Act of 1934, being 235 ILCS 5/1-1 et seq.
