§ 91.087 SUFFICIENT ROOM.
   (A)   A pen or kennel shall be of sufficient room to provide adequate exercise.
   (B)   A cable, lead line, tie line, or any line used to secure an animal in a yard or pen shall be of sufficient length and placement to provide tangle-free exercise.
