§ 91.021 REGISTRATION.
   (A)   Every owner of a dog or cat four months or more in age shall register such dog or cat and pay an annual registration fee for said dog or cat to the County Animal Control Office, as established in the State Animal Control Act (510 ILCS 5/8 et seq.).
   (B)   Three-year rabies vaccinations are recognized by the state. Whenever a pet owner has a vaccination registration certificate that shows a three-year vaccine has been administered by the veterinarian, the owner will be responsible for obtaining one-year registration tags within 30 days of each anniversary of the date of rabies inoculation.
   (C)   Change of ownership information should be made to the County Animal Control Office.
