For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates, or requires, a different meaning.
AGENCY. The County Metropolitan Mass Transit District.
CONVEYANCE. Includes bus, paratransit vehicle, rapid transit, or other vehicle used or held for use by the agency as a means of transportation of passengers.
FACILITIES. Includes all property and equipment, including, without limitation, stations, terminals, signage, storage yards, maintenance shops, yards, offices, parking lots, and other real estate or personal property used or held by the agency for or incidental to the operation, rehabilitation, or improvement of the public mass transportation system of the agency.
PERSON. Includes any individual, firm, co-partnership, corporation, association, or company.
