§ 90.02 NOTICE; PROSECUTION.
   (A)   Notice regarding violation of this chapter shall be given to the owner, lessee, or occupant of the property upon which the nuisance is alleged to exist by one or more of the following methods:
      (1)   In person by the Sheriff or authorized Deputy Sheriff;
      (2)   In person by the Administrative Officer or authorized representative of the Zoning and Building Department; and/or
      (3)   By mail, certified return receipt requested.
   (B)   No prosecution shall be commenced until 30 days after the defendant has been notified of the existence of the violations, and directed to abate the same.
