§ 70.02 VIOLATIONS OF THE STATE VEHICLE CODE.

(A) A fee of $30 shall be added to all fines imposed for violations of 625 ILCS 5/11-501, or the similar provisions of county or municipal ordinances, committed in the county.

(B) The proceeds of such fees shall be used to finance the court system.
