§ 154.596 MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR PLANTINGS.
   (A)   Canopy trees. Two inches diameter, six inches above ground level, and ten feet in height when planted.
   (B)   Understory tree. One inch diameter, six inches above ground level, and six feet in height when planted.
   (C)   Shrubs. Twenty-four inches in height when planted; 40% or more must reach a mature height of six feet or more.
   (D)   Evergreens/conifers. Two inches in diameter, six inches above ground level, and six feet in height when planted. Twenty feet minimum height at maturity.
