§ 154.593 EXEMPTION FROM SITE PLAN REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   One- and two-family residences are exempt from county-wide site plan review requirements.
   (B)   In addition, site plans shall not be required for renovation or expansion of an existing structure or use unless access points would be changed or a substantial increase in traffic to the site would be generated.
