§ 154.550 VIBRATION.
   (A)   (1)   Earth borne vibrations from any operation or activity shall not exceed the displacement values below.
      (2)   Vibration displacements shall be measured with an instrument capable of simultaneously measuring in three mutually perpendicular directions.
      (3)   The maximum vector resultant shall be less than the vibration displacement permitted.
   (B)   The maximum displacements shall be determined by the following formula:
      (1)   D = Kf, where:
         (a)   D is displacement in inches;
         (b)   K is a constant given in the table in division (B)(2) below; and
         (c)   f is the frequency of the vibration transmitted through the ground in cycles per second.
      (2)   Below are the regulations concerning vibrations in the B, I-UL, I-1, and I-2 Districts:
