The following are special uses in the SE-2 District when authorized:
(A) Daycare home;
(B) Gardening;
(C) Kennel with buildings and outdoor facilities at least 100 feet from residentially zoned private property;
(D) Major home occupation as defined;
(E) Municipal buildings and libraries;
(F) Off-street parking facilities;
(G) Outdoor recreational facilities such as golf courses, country clubs, and tennis courts;
(H) Public and parochial schools, churches, and centers not less than 20 feet from any lot in an R District;
(I) Recreational use, seasonal;
(J) Utility stations without service yards or storage; and
(K) Any other similar uses deemed to be consistent by the Zoning Board of Appeals.
