§ 34.071 DRUG, ALCOHOL TESTING.

The fee to be charged to individuals who are sentenced to probation, conditional discharge, or supervision and who are required to submit to mandatory drug and/or alcohol testings shall be a flat fee of $70 each time they are sentenced to probation, conditional discharge, or supervision to defray the costs incurred related to such testing.
