§ 31.66 CALLS OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS.
   (A)   Answering calls outside city limits. The Fire Department shall be authorized to answer calls for the protection of property against fire outside the city limits within its own established fire district, provided the property owner pays a fixed charge for such service. The Fire Department is authorized to answer calls from other towns and fire districts, as provided by mutual aid agreements.

   (B)   Ample protection to remain in city. Fire apparatus may be used in answering outside calls, provided that ample protection shall remain in the city at all times.
