(A) Appointment. The City Manager shall appoint a Superintendent of the Water and Waste Treatment Plants.

(B) Duties generally. It shall be the duty of the Superintendent of the Water and Waste Treatment Plants to:
(1) Supervise, control, and keep in proper repair all property of the water supply and sewerage systems under such rules and regulations as adopted by the City Council;
(2) Have charge of all employees;
(3) Report monthly to the City Manager and make such special reports as City Council may require; and
(4) Perform such other duties as may be assigned to him or her.
