§ 30.21 REGULAR MEETINGS; ORDER OF BUSINESS.

   (A)   Regular meetings. The regular meetings of the Mayor and City Council shall be on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m.

   (B)   Order of business.

      (1)   The order of business at all regular meetings shall be as follows:

         (a)   Reading of minutes of last meeting;

         (b)   Reports of committees;

         (c)   Reports of officers;

         (d)   Unfinished business;

         (e)   Reading communications; and

         (f)   New business.   

      (2)   If the City Council directs any matter to be the special business of a future meeting, the matter shall have precedence over all other business at such meeting.

      (3)   No proposition shall be entertained by the Mayor until it has been seconded, and every proposition shall, when required by the Mayor or any member, be reduced to writing.
