§ 152.57 HEARING OF COMPLAINTS.
   In case any public utility company desires to be heard on the question of any requirement of this section, such utility company shall file its objections and contentions with the City Clerk in writing and immediately deliver to all of the other utility companies a copy thereof, therein designating the time and place that such complainant shall ask to be heard, and until such requirements are met, the complaint shall not be heard.
