§ 131.01 INJURING PROPERTY, PRIVATE AND PUBLIC.
   (A)   Injuring private property. It shall be unlawful to injure any property belonging to another.

   (B)   Injuring public property. It shall be unlawful to injure, damage, deface, trespass upon, break, or injure any property belonging to the city.
