Any licensee shall indemnify, save, and hold harmless the city and its officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims, actions, defenses, suits, and proceedings arising out of any negligent act on the part of a licensee, employee, or part-time employee of the licensee, which said negligent act is the proximate cause of damage to any vehicle stored in a lot authorized under the terms of this chapter.
