§ 113.05 APPLICABILITY TO PREVIOUS LICENSES; NONCOMPLIANCE.
   Whenever this chapter is amended from time to time by the City Council and the amendments shall render any current approved licensee in noncompliance with the ordinance as amended, the noncomplying licensee shall have a period of one year from the effective date of the amendment of the ordinance in which to comply.
