§ 112.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of §§ 112.01 through 112.08 for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) For the first offense of § 112.06(B)(1), conviction of a felony, the permit shall be revoked for a period of three years. For a second conviction of a felony, the permit shall be revoked permanently.
