§ 110.17 NOT TRANSFERABLE.
   All licenses shall be a personal privilege and shall not be transferable. Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to prevent the City Council from prohibiting or regulating the business or acts licensed. All licenses are granted subject to the provisions of existing and subsequently enacted ordinances.
