(A) License required. Any person wishing to conduct a yard sale at the person’s residence in the city shall first secure a license from the city as provided by state law and this chapter.
(B) Duration of license. The license required by division (A) above will grant authority for the individual to conduct a yard sale at the individual’s residence for a stated period of five consecutive days. Thereafter, a license may not be secured for a yard sale at the same residence or by the same individual until a period of six months from the first date of the sale has elapsed.
