The Board of Adjustment, in the event an appeal is taken as provided herein, may, after hearing all interested persons and reviewing the findings of the Code Enforcement Officer, reverse or affirm the finding that a nuisance exists in the city. Any and all appeals from a decision by the Board of Adjustment shall be taken to the Superior Court within 15 days from the decision.
